  • As the SAJOT is an Open Access Journal, readers do not have to be registered or an OTASA member to gain access to all published material, free of charge.

We encourage readers to sign up for the publishing notification service for this journal. Use the Register link at the top of the home page for the journal. This registration will result in the reader receiving the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal. This list also allows the journal to claim a certain level of support or readership. See the journal's Privacy Statement, which assures readers that their name and email address will not be used for other purposes.

CPD Points

OTASA members are eligible to obtain CPD points by answering the Multiple Choice Questions set for each article published in SAJOT. In order to gain access to the MCQs and obtain these points, you need to register on the CPD Solutions Website.  Once registered and logged in, you must click onSAJOT link on the Home Page tool bar. A list of he most recent published articles will appear. Select the article you would like to access, and download the PDF.  Read the article and then answer the 5 MCQs on the article.  In order to obtain your one CEU, you need to score 4/5 of the questions correctly. You will be given 3 opportunities to answer the questions.  Verification will then be sent to OTASA, who, as service provider, will register the point(s) obtained on your HPCSA profile.  You are allowed to answer the MCQ's of three articles per edition, which means you can obtain a total of 9 CEU's per annum by reading the articles and answering the MCQ's.
